Our bed and breakfast is located on the ground floor of a family building just in front of the old city walls of Sirolo, just 400 metres away from the most stunning beaches of the Conero Riviera: Urbani, San Michele e Sassi Neri are all within walking distance from the B&B.
Our bedrooms are large and comfortable, all featuring a mini fridge, air conditioning and private ensuite bathroom with a wide shower, garden access and a free pass for a parking lot nearby.
Enjoy up to the very last second of your holiday! On your departure day you can leave your luggage in our storage room and get back to the beach for a few more hours. When you’re back, you can freshen up thanks to our outdoor shower and get ready for your travel.

Amazing rooms, super clean! Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and garden where to have breakfast. Very good location, a step away from the city center and the shuttle bus’ stop, but you can also walk to the sea. Quiet area, enjoy the silence and relax 😍 SUPER RECOMMENDED, we’re definitely coming back

Super recommended! Mr. Franco was very kind throughout our stay, the rooms are way more clean and functional (e.g. its huge shower) than many 5 stars hotels! Great central location and a quiet neighborhood at the same time. A perfect 10 without any doubt!
